New Product Development- Created and managed business plans for new product development projects with program budgets up to $6.1 million (capital to $4.5 million).

The process analysis was used to define technical and functional requirements for implementation of the Chancery Student Management System (SMS) software application and the enterprise resource planning system (ERP) JD Edwards.
