Sutton Enterprises Inc.

“Due to exceedingly high levels of growth, our product development process was ineffective and time consuming. Sutton Enterprises Inc. met with every department in our company individually and held many group sessions to discover and map our ideal process map. During this process, Tricia Sutton gained agreement from all of the various departments on what the ideal process should look like. She mapped this process in a format that was easily understood by all the parties, along with putting it in a Microsoft Project template that our Technology Department is using to great effect. We would highly recommend Sutton Enterprises Inc. to any company looking to streamline or codify its product development process.”
